Clean

First, an environmentally safe cleaner is applied to the wood. This special formula loosens dirt, fungus, mold and mildew which may be trapped below the wood's surface, as well as any paint, stain, or finish previously applied to the wood. After the pre-treatment, an industrial power washer is used to strip away the loosened particles.

Condition

After the wood has been thoroughly cleaned, a penetrating conditioner is sprayed onto the wood. The conditioner brightens the wood's appearance and brings out its natural beauty. High power sanding is also available at customer request.

Stain and Seal

A specially formulated stain and seal combination is applied to the wood to preserve its renewed condition.

As you can see from the picture below, the newly restored wood has a new appearance, and the natural beauty of the wood has been restored.
